UK CAA / EASA Part-21J
Part 21 Subpart J gives your organisation the authority to design and certify aircraft parts, but with that approval comes big responsibility.
This training helps you cut through the complexity, showing you how to run an effective Design Assurance System, meet regulatory and airworthiness obligations, and turn compliance into a real business advantage.
Learn how to work confidently with EASA and other authorities, manage initial airworthiness, and make your DOA deliver measurable value
UK CAA / EASA Part-21G
Balancing customer demands, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency is no small task.
This course gives you the tools to make sure your production system not only meets EASA and UK CAA Part 21 Subpart G requirements but also drives real business value.
Led by experienced Aerospace Chartered Engineers, you’ll learn how to navigate the regulations, build a solid Production Organisation Exposition, and confidently release products with Form 1 approval.
UK CAA / EASA Part-145
Our Part 145 course gives you practical skills to manage a Part 145 maintenance organisation environment.
You’ll learn the structure and key requirements of the regulations, interpret them in real-world maintenance scenarios, manage documentation, integrate production planning, and apply safety management systems to keep your organisation efficient, safe, and fully compliant.
By the end, you’ll understand Part 145’s intent, distinguish accountability from responsibility, enhance safety culture, align processes with regulatory requirements, confidently engage with UK CAA and EASA staff, and use Part 145 to drive performance and competitiveness.
Counterfeit Parts Awareness
Our Counterfeit Parts Awareness course equips you with the knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and manage counterfeit parts in your organisation and the defence supply chain. You’ll understand what counterfeit parts are, their consequences, and how they arise, as well as the standards and regulations such as AS5553C, AS6174A, IEC TS 62668-1, DEF STAN 05-135 and AS9100D that govern their prevention.
Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, you’ll learn how to implement effective QMS processes, trace and verify parts, manage purchasing and obsolescence, train personnel, and create policies to reduce the risk of counterfeit materiel. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to proactively protect your organisation, enhance operational safety, and ensure compliance across all levels of the supply chain.
FOD – Foreign Object Damage / Debris
Our FOD (Foreign Object Damage / Debris) Prevention Training gives participants the knowledge and practical skills to identify, manage, and prevent FOD in their work environments.
Over three focused modules, you’ll learn what FOD is, explore real-world incidents, and master methods to control and eliminate risks.
The course highlights the roles and responsibilities of maintenance staff, ramp personnel, and airlines, while covering best practices in tool control, parts protection, and debris management. Gain the understanding and confidence to act proactively, reduce safety hazards, and comply with ICAO requirements to keep aircraft and operations safe.
ESD – Electrostatic Discharge
Our ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Training equips your team with the knowledge and practical skills to prevent static damage and comply with BS EN 61340-5-1 / IEC-61340-5-1 standards. Suitable for both novices and experienced personnel, the course covers the causes and effects of static, methods for protection, and practical workplace solutions. Delivered by expert trainers, sessions include demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and tailored guidance to your facilities and processes. Options include half-day awareness courses, full-day coordinator courses, or combined programs, all designed to enhance safety, protect sensitive components, and ensure your organisation maintains an effective ESD control program. Delegates receive course notes and a Certificate of Attendance to support compliance and audits.
Human Factors
Our Human Factors course introduces delegates to the principles of human performance and how it impacts safety in critical industries such as aerospace, chemical manufacturing, energy, and rail.
Through presentations, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, participants will learn to recognise, evaluate, and manage human error, understand its causes, and apply tools and techniques to reduce risks.
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to explain how human factors influence safety, identify ways to minimise errors, and integrate human factors considerations into broader risk management practices, helping to improve safety, efficiency, and overall organisational performance.
